Park City-based Murphy Construction is a full service construction company, general contractor and custom home builder. We have served the greater Park City area since 1991. We are committed to client satisfaction and relationship building. Cost and quality control, craftsmanship and timely performance, problem solving and maintaining reputation are important priorities on every project we undertake. As an example of that commitment, we work only with time tested and reliable subcontractors of the highest moral and professional standards. Additionally, we are strictly “hands on” and available to assist you with any or all phases of your construction and custom home building project, large or small.
In addition to new construction of custom homes, we are have extensive experience and expertise with remodels and additions to existing homes.
TOM MURPHY – OWNER
Tom is originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan. After graduating from the University of Montana, he moved to Utah in 1980. He realized his dream was to be a home builder, and ultimately to found his own construction company. So he began as a carpenter in Park City in 1985. His first construction projects in Park City were framing some of the early custom homes in the Deer Valley, Park Meadows, Pinebrook and Jeremy Ranch areas. Tom achieved his general contractor license in November of 1991. “I believe that Framing Contractors make the most comprehensive and knowledgeable General Contractors because of the ‘big picture vision’ required to frame a quality home from the ground up. I have that vision and work with my clients to guide them to a better understanding of the home building process as projects unfold.”
